When selling your most expensive possession, I think its important to know who your agent is, and what he will do for you. Why should you list with me? Because I am very good at what I do.   1. Price Your Home Competitively:  Since correct pricing is so important (see "The Importance of Intelligent Pricing"), I advise you on pricing your property correctly, showing recent sales and active listings that will be our competition.

  2. Listing Your Home:  Put a "For Sale" sign on your property (if desired), and list it on the Real Estate Board's MLS system

  3. Capturing Your Home:  Photograph the inside and outside of your home for advertising by flyers and on my website.

  4. Flyers:  Send flyers that feature your property to the surrounding area. See a past flyer.

  5. Networking:  Inform other agents and previous clients of your newly listed home. My large database of buyers are looking for good properties!

  6. Media Advertising:  Advertise in print (Realtylink, the Vancouver Sun/Province, and others) and online (at to generate even further interest in your property and get it sold!

  7. Bringing Buyers: Show your property, bring in as many pre-qualified buyers as I can, make it available for showing to other agents, and bring you an offer. (Clean, Neat Homes = Top Dollars)

  8. Fielding & Presenting Offers:  I act on your behalf. Advise if offer is acceptable. Advise how to structure the deal. Show comparable sales. Write a legally binding contract that will protect you. Close the deal!

  9. Hassle-Free Completion:  Guide you through the closing process to ensure a hassle-free completion: Arrange financing. Be present if a home inspection is requested by the purchaser. Provide you with a choice of lawyers or notaries who will act on your behalf and be cost-effective. Forward all documents to lawyer or notaries on your behalf and follow up until you receive proceeds of the sale.

  10. Possession & Beyond:  Forward key to purchaser on possession date. Remove sign. Assist you in finding another property (see our "Buyers" page) , or refer you to a good agent if moving out of town.
